About Us

Blue Peter was established in late 2015, as an engineering-led systems integrator. The basic philosophy is to place greater emphasis on the “design” aspects of systems provision, and to use this as a means of simultaneously minimizing cost and enhancing functionality.

Blue Peter’s founding personnel are:

Beth Greenwood, CEO. Beth holds a degree in communications, and has led Government accreditations, contracts, procurement, materiel management and project financial control within the IT/SI sector. Prior to that, she worked in the giftware sector, as General Manager, Europe for a US company, managing sales and distribution for the territory.

Martin Greenwood, President. Martin holds a Master’s in Engineering from University of Cambridge (England), and has directly supervised design and construction of IT-related projects. These have included GPON, PA Systems, AV systems, Wi-Fi and CATV. Prior to this, he has established a venture capital based start up in Wi-Fi and 3G technologies, and over a long career in radio engineering, has: designed the world’s first digital cordless phone; designed cell phones for Ericsson; been head of cellular base station design for Nokia and pioneered the integration of Wi-Fi and 3G technologies.
